About 4D & me

4D Yoga refers to the multilayered elements and benefits of practice that span the body, mind, heart, and spirit. I’ve observed countless benefits from my own personal yoga practice for decades, and I think the best way to describe it is 4-dimensional, it’s 4D to me.

Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time. For years, it was something I would pick up and put down, like an old recipe in a remember <-> forget cycle. I started noticing a meh difference in myself when I didn’t practice. I also noticed… I kept returning to yoga in times of grief or pain (physical or mental), and it was insanely therapeutic. I thought, why don’t I do this everyday? So, I started to… and the best benefits of yoga, for me, are not physical. It’s the mental balance, strength, and flexibility I appreciate the most. Yoga also deepens my capacity to love myself and others. I hope that you give yoga a try, no matter the flavor, to explore and see if or how it fits into your life.
