Lunar Love + 4D Yoga

I love the moon… it’s always changing, but it remains whole. Mid-September, the full moon will appear larger and brighter than normal, so I hope it’s clear skies where you are.

On September 17/18, there’s a full Supermoon + a partial lunar eclipse.  A Supermoon is a full moon at it’s closest point in orbit to Earth. Different news outlets (I’ve read Space.com, CNN, and Fox… taking in the full throttle) each have a spin on the science, meaning, importance and uniqueness of these events happening at the same time.  I’m here for it.  Celestial events like this (and the solar eclipse this summer!) are powerful reminders of our size in the universe, especially relative to the planet as it boomerangs around the sun.  They can make you feel small, awe, and gratitude. And, we are smallish, but not really.

This is a lunar eclipse in Pisces (me…).  Born in late February; most of the Pisces-linked adjectives describe me. Today.com says… Pisces: you have a rare opportunity to make significant changes in your life by releasing old patterns and outdated ways of thinking that have been holding you back. Well, well! Thank you, horoscope mediums, for a kind-ish kick in the a$$ to publish this site and get my blog going. I am not deep into astrology but when the stars align… I listen.

In the spirit of all the above - welcome to 4dyoga.com.  I’m excited to gain additional experience as a student of yoga through teaching (I am a registered instructor, but I’ll always be learning).  Also feeling amped to open this outlet for writing!
